PPWR-compliant packaging
As of August 12, 2026, the European Packaging Regulation (PPWR) will come into effect. For those who purchase or design packaging, this means new obligations: a conformity assessment, technical documentation per packaging, and proof that your packaging is recyclable and does not contain unnecessary empty space. That sounds like a burden, but it is primarily an opportunity to sharpen your packaging.
